Dr. Sarah Boyer is a dedicated veterinarian who earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from North Carolina State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2021.
Prior to that, she had also completed her undergraduate studies at NC State, earning a Bachelor's degree in Animal Science. She has spent time working in both primary care and emergency settings, building a broad knowledge base and skillset to best serve the patients in her care. Dr. Boyer has special interests in surgery, preventative medicine, and geriatric care.
Dr. Boyer is thrilled to be a part of the Carmel Road Animal Hospital team and is eager to continue to provide compassionate, high-quality care to pets and their families.
Since 2021, Dr. Boyer has made Charlotte her home, and she looks forward to building lasting relationships with clients and their furry companions in the Charlotte community.
She lives in Plaza Midwood with her husband Rob, their lab mix Fisher, and golden retriever Murphy. In her free time she enjoys running, cooking, and spending as much time outdoors as possible!
